Payment and Refunds

Course fees and payment terms are specified at the time of enrollment. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Full refund available within 7 days of course purchase if less than 20% of content has been accessed
• No refunds after 7 days or if more than 20% of content has been accessed
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
